Engagements typically start with a diagnostic and can extend into hands-on implementation if leadership wants that.

Two ways. First, Summit builds, not just advises. Most sales engagements evolve from an assessment into hands-on implementation where Summit configures CRMs, builds outbound capability, or runs sales leadership alongside the client team. Second, Summit designs and deploys custom agentic AI platforms built specifically for each client, not configured off-the-shelf products that fit nobody particularly well.
Many engagements have nothing to do with sales. Companies hire Summit to improve operational workflows, automate manual back-office tasks, surface real-time visibility into what is happening across the business, or deploy custom AI agents on a specific problem. The Sales practice and the Operations / AI practice are designed to work together, but you can engage either one on its own.
Sales engagements start with a two- to three-week assessment producing a written report, gap analysis, and prioritized roadmap. AI and operational engagements move through discovery and scoping, build, proof of value, and expansion, typically beginning with a 30 to 60 day proof of value at a single workflow, location, or department.
